HOW ON-LINE ORDERING WORKS

Follow These Simple Instructions:

1. Place your Order using our secure on-line shopping cart.

2.  Complete the on-line forms if ordering tape transfer services:

3. Organize your media:

Video Tapes - Number your video tapes (use post-its or other sticky dots if number is not already on the label). Complete and print the Video Tape Title Sheet to include with your order.

Film - Number your reels of film in the order you want them transferred (use post-its or other sticky dots if number is not already on the label).

4. Securely package your media so that it does not move around in box.

5. Ship your media and any completed forms using a carrier with a tracking number. We recommend UPS. You can schedule a pick up online at www.ups.com. ALWAYS SHIP WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. This guarantees that you can know where your media is through the entire shipping process.  Return shipping is FREE for orders over $250.

6. Send to Legacy Video Studio at 3833 Siena Lane, Palm Harbor, FL 34685. You will receive an e-mail when your media is received.

7. When your media is received, the experts at Legacy Video Studio process your order with extreme care.  Everything is securely and safely shipped back to you, including your original media. You will receive a tracking number and can monitor your shipment the entire way back to you.  Note, since your initial order may be based on estimates of video time or film footage, you will be notified if the actual amount is different and your order needs to be modified.
